Drunken Botanist
2 oz Gin
1 Egg White
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Semi-Dry Cider Syrup
2 dashes Lavender Bitters
Reverse Dry Shake. Add all ingredients except the egg white into a shaker tin with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain back in the empty tin and discard the ice. Add the egg white and shake again for 10 seconds. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist and sprig of lavender.
