Johnny Appleseed's Julep

2oz Bourbon

1/2oz Semi-Dry Cider Syrup

6 Mint Leaves

Combine the Semi-Dry Cider Syrup and 6 mint leaves in the bottom of your mixing glass.  Gently muddle the mint leaves and then add 2oz of Bourbon.  Add ice to the mixing glass and then stir for 10 seconds.  Strain the cocktail into your Julep Cup, add fresh crushed ice and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
